Hi, I'm Ollie a professional face-painter and balloon twister.  I live in Orewa with my husband Nick and three kids who are 7, 6 and 4.  

I first discovered face painting when my eldest daughter was little and loved dressing up.  I looked at all the costumes she loved dressing up in and thought I'd give face painting a go to help her transform into the characters she loved so much.  After posting a few pics of my handiwork, friends and family were so supportive that I decided to learn a bit more.  A friend and I face painted to raise money for Plunket and after a few more successful events I took the leap and launched Over the Rainbow!

More recently I've expanded my services to include balloon twisting which I've been practising and learning via various courses.  Both face painting and balloon twisting are popular for kids parties, family and corporate events, adult get togethers, hen's nights, baby showers, weddings and more!  Whatever your event, I'd love to discuss how Over the Rainbow can help.

I only ever use hypo-allergenic, top quality paints, glitter and natural bio-degradable balloons - I'd never put something on someone's face that I wasn't comfortable putting on my own family.
